I whish that there was a simple answer, but that doesn't seem to be the case. My girl runs just fine with the plastic spacer IN and the idle mixture screw well out. I do get some black smoke when I blip the throttle, so I'm guessing she's idling rich. They're all different, I guess, so you just have to keep on tinkering. And ride safe.
